As a Last Mile Logistics Account Manager (m / w / d) you will develop strong commercial relationships with our last mile delivery partners across multiple sites.
This task includes actively managing capacity and performance of these delivery partners as well as supporting the selection and negotiations with these companies to ensure the best quality and prices for Amazon’s customers.
You will work with our partners to improve compliance, productivity, safety, driver engagement and customer KPI’s.
The post holder will lead significant change and design creative solutions to complex problems. This will require a very curious, analytical approach and always use data to quantify your decision making.
