Head of SMB Advertising (Central and Southern Europe)

What you'll do

  • Fully own revenue growth and revenue attainment for SMB Germany, Italy, and Spain within the Spotify Advertising business unit
  • Define the structure and strategy to take our SMB ads business into its next stage of growth
  • Expand and coach a regional team of SMB ad sales and account managers
  • Drive strategy for Tier 1 clients : lead by example on sales calls and business reviews
  • Partner with regional sales leads & SMB growth marketing to plan and execute on regional revenue growth strategies
  • Be a spokesperson and advocate for SMB advertisers both internally and externally
  • The Head of SMB Advertising shall work from Spotify’s Berlin office
  • Who you are

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in advertising or digital sales
  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Subject matter expert in the SMB segment, with experience in designing and implementing scalable sales strategies
  • Experience in running multinational teams and passion for developing talent
  • Strong interest in working with analytics and data to drive business planning and performance management
  • Comfortable leading senior-level client relationships & business partnerships
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
