    For our business unit ROCKWOOL TECHNICAL INSULATION (RW-TI) we are looking for a

    Sales Specification Consultant (m / f / d)

    region Germany and Austria


  • You identify potential customers and projects by use of self-collected market information and of colleagues, setting up a structured system of customer analysis, consultancy and projects, based in RW-TI sales process.
  • You build customer relations and gain a position in the network of the parties involved in the whole value chain as a way to influence the choice for RW-
  • TI and his products in a positive way.

  • You analyse specific problems, make calculations and set up advise for more complex technical problems in the market in the own area of competence.
  • You inform about new and existing products and applications and identify market needs.
  • You check technical drawings on the aspect of stone wool application and acquire general knowledge on all segments.
  • You register all the activities in CRM and report information about specification activities.
  • You set up action plans for specific prescription campaigns for RW-TI products and systems.
  • Profile / Requirements

  • Preferably an Engineering related degree.
  • Preferably 5 + years’ sales experience in technical products within companies working with dealers’ channel.
  • Written and spoken English and German language to a high professional business level.
  • Preferably project management experience.
  • Autonomy, creativity, initiative and dynamic, analytic and synthetic mind and respect deadlines.
  • Communication and persuasion skills, networking and multicultural awareness.
