Manager Sales Healthcare (m / f / d) Your tasks : You make the difference with us
Responsible for the sales strategy as well as for the people, resources and skills management of the DACH Healthcare Sales Team
Driving day-to-day coordination and alignment of service delivery, customer support, account receivables, funnel management and order intake forecast (financial and volume)
Preparation of tenders, bids and proposals
Responsible for healthcare business P&L and its reporting with gap analysis to the management (monthly basis)
Sharing forecasts (demand and market) and work closely together with our Management as well as EMEA Marketing, EMEA Product Management and EMEA Project Management
Assisting in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for performing required functions
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of sales and service processes and related to launch products on the market
Your qualifications : Rethink our daily business
Bachelor's or Master's degree with a mimimum of 5 years of relevant sales, strategic and operational experience in a medical / healthcare environment - preferable experience on selling solutions for Imagin departments (CR, DR, Panels, X-rays or IT / Pacs enterprise solutions)
Business experience in the medical device / diagnostic industry
Proven leadership skills with hands on mentality
Ability to motivate and develop your employees
Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel intensively across Germany / DACH-Region
