We are currently looking for an ISV Program Manager m / f / d who will be part of our new Healthcare Business Unit in Germany.

This is a multi-functional role that will help Lenovo create a channel and ISV partner ecosystem for Lenovo’s healthcare solutions that include hardware, software and services.

The reporting line is to the Manager Business Development Healthcare.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Together with the manager for the healthcare business unit in Germany, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, by leveraging the competencies of our partners
  • Develop & manage marketing and sales programs for our Channel and ISV sales partners selling to the healthcare sector
  • Establish and develop new partner relationships
  • Drive awareness, education, training for the partner landscape
  • Work closely together with the Lenovo channel sales leader and teams
  • Work with the marketing teams to build partner & customer centric white papers, case studies, & marketing materials
  • Key interactions include : Lenovo partner landscape and ISVs, sales teams, product management, services, Finance, Operations, Marketing
  • Position Requirements :

  • 5+ years of working on technology related channel and ISV partnerships and programs, ideally established network in business partner landscape in Germany
  • In-depth expertise across the Healthcare business
  • Proven and demonstrable experience managing sales and marketing programs
  • Superior problem solving & analysis skills, commitment & action oriented
  • Strong customer presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, excels at unsupervised execution
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills required as well as an ability to interact effectively with decision makers
  • Results driven
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
  • This position can be located in our offices in Essen or Stuttgart or home based.
