We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Customer Reviews in Berlin.

Amazon Reviews are worldwide, complex, and vital to the past and continued success of Amazon in every marketplace. The Reviews team in Berlin is responsible for Amazon's worldwide approach to customer engagement and review creation.

How do we engage customers to share their product experience? What channels and experiences engage customers the first time?

What keeps them coming back? What motivates and rewards our customers? How do we build and manage a healthy ecosystem of reviewers?

These are just a few of the questions you’ll help answer as our Product Marketing Manager. Customer reviews are in every marketplace, in many languages, submitted on hundreds of millions of products.

As the product marketing manager you’ll work closely with the Product team and our Engineers to ensure we are maximizing the right marketing tools, data and insight to build a healthy corpus of reviews and reviewers.

You will own building and executing the plan that :

  • Tests and improves the performance of our existing channels.
  • Leverages customer insights to inform the product and technical roadmap.
  • Proposes and launches new touch points for our customers.
  • Ensures that our customer communication is consistent, on brand and effective.
  • Several years of professional experience in a corporate or startup environment
  • A few years working in a Product Marketing capacity (partnered with product management and / or engineering)
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing Product, Engineering and senior executives
  • Proven track record of grounding all consumer marketing in data
  • Experience collaborating with product & cross-functional teams to identify and bring to market solutions with consumer benefit
  • Several years of product marketing experience
  • Experience with identifying and executing on consumer focused marketing channels
  • Experimental and data driven mindset
