SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You’re an experienced agency planner who conducts strategic customer meetings at senior level.
  • You will develop consumer knowledge and powerful communication strategies that inspire fantastic creative work.
  • As the key role in a small but experienced team of strategists you understand how communications planning can drive creativity and enhance the content development
  • Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are able to manage demanding clients and complex agency relationships.
  • You work alongside our content experience specialist and digital strategist who input on all projects.
  • You and your team work with our creative partners to develop the creative idea through innovation and optimal use of media throughout all campaign phases.
  • QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE

  • You have 4+ years’ experience in a (strategic) planning role
  • You’re strong on media strategy, channel planning and the mechanics of media implementation. You must have a clear understanding of evidence-based media planning and how this impacts on media guidelines / principles.
  • An understanding of all marketing communication channels (including digital and content), including channel level planning and delivery mechanics is also relevant
  • You have an understanding of how to apply MROI results to real world planning scenarios
  • You’re able to deal confidently with senior clients and creative agency counterparts.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who can work with the PHD VW Group team on the other brands to help further develop our product and delivery.
  • You’re known as a clear and confident communicator.
  • Automotive experience would be an advantage more important is that you have worked with progressive and innovative brands.
  • International experience would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
