Job Description

  • Develop, implement and run the customer service concept and processes for Home Connect Plus (end consumers)
  • Develop and maintain customer service related materials such as knowledge base, FAQs and other supporting documents, in collaboration with other units, e.
  • g. Marketing, Product Management and Service Operation

  • Manage and collaborate with external service providers being part of the overall customer service concept (e.g. a call center provider), including definition of customer service KPIs
  • Provide trainings on customer service processes and materials
  • Collaborate with Service Operation and Development for E2E process for ticket handling, from customer service perspective
  • Support consumer facing activities on website, forum and other channels for customer services related topics
  • Qualifications

  • Proven track record in developing and managing customer services for end consumer business
  • Deep understanding of the processes, tools and best practices for customer service
  • Solid technical understanding, experience for digital offerings and / or smart home solutions considered as an advantage
  • Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand documentation, guidelines and FAQs
  • Very good skills for document and text creation and for communication
  • Well organized with hands-on attitude and multi-tasking capabilities, willingness to take ownership
  • Very good language skills in English and German (verbal and writing).
