Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Analytics and Insights Head, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Analytical Consultants and Sales Solution Specialists.

The teams are tasked to use Google, customer, and third-party data to help identify missed opportunities for Google’s customers to better reach their business and marketing objectives.

You will aim to automate what can be automated. You will codify and scale insights and pitches across the sector. You will coordinate the strategy cross-functionally with Technical Solutions and Market Intelligence teams to ensure a common view on how to succeed together.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a leadership and people management role.
  • Experience in an analytical, problem solving, project management role, working with data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Advertising or marketing insights, measurement and analytics experience. Knowledge of general marketing (including brand marketing), online advertising solutions, and the online media landscape.
  • Experience working in an analytical role and knowledge of Google’s Business Intelligence and Analytics toolchain (e.g., BigQuery, GoogleSQL, Workspace, Data Studio, or equivalents).
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. Ability to influence executive stakeholders (internally and externally).
  • Ability to identify opportunities across our advertiser base and develop strategic plans for valuable insights and analytics.
  • Ability to speak and write in German fluently.
  • Develop and lead teams of Analytical Consultants and Sales Solution Specialists.
  • Guide and coach team and sector partners to compliant and effective application of Google data, establish analytics and data management best practices, and ensure high quality of client deliverables.
  • Play a lead role in driving customer-facing analytical conversations, while also handling some of the more executive customer interactions directly.
  • Build relationships with important analytical customer stakeholders.

  • Partner with the Sector Directors and Industry Heads across Large Customer Sales team to define and lead the analytical and insights agenda for our clients.
  • Partner with internal and external product, research, data, and measurement teams to bring complete capabilities to our customers.

  • Work with Analytical Consultants and Sales Solution Specialists to ensure they have a meaningful development plan for their personal growth and capabilities.
