Responsible for the company sale budget in the region
Support and develop existing clients through visits, phone calls and exhibitions
Develop proactively new business opportunities through effective prospection
Build solid network
Prepare tenders and pre-qualification tenders
Co-ordinate the targeting of new areas of business
Prepare quotations and system proposals with the support of the headquarters
Negotiate commercial conditions
Plan and co-ordinate sensors and systems demonstrations
Prepare and carry out technical sales presentations with the help of BDM's and product managers
Appoint, manage, and support agents and distributors to best achieve the company’s sales targets
Liaise with the technical teams and iXblue divisions on each project requirements
Attend conferences and exhibitions
Attend corporate events
Follow the company’s quality procedures
Follow the company’s compliance procedures
Understand and comply with relevant export controls
2 / Analysis, Reporting & Communication
Deliver regular and accurate reporting and forecasting
Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales database in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Build and manage an efficient Sales Action Plan
Build precise Mapping for complex sales and tenders
Contribute to the wider sales team’s knowledge base and communicate regularly with wider European and Global sales teams through the Sales organization
Required qualifications & skills
Education :
Master in Business / Humanities, Political Sciences / International Relations / Electronic engineer / Army or Navy
Experience :
Proven track record in a technical sales role 5-year sales experience minimum
Language :
Fluent German and English in speaking and writing are mandatory French and other languages are a +
