WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
The eCommerce Markets Roll-Out and Dealer Onboarding is responsible for the rollout in EMEA of online marketplace business for CNH Industrial.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for training EMEA dealers and enabling them to use the Digital Sales Platform (DSP).
Support for issues, configurations, setup.
Proactively find solutions to facilitate the onboarding process.
Interact with all stakeholders (IT, eCommerce Operations) to maximize platform’s performance.
Create reports to monitor platform adoption in the EMEA Region.
Assist local marketing teams in meetings / presentations / discussions with dealers
Support post rollout phase and analyze sales / traffic trends and performances.
Provide advice to improve traffic / conversion rates via promotion or other marketing initiatives on the DSP.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS :
eCommerce background is essential, with a +2 years' experience
Startup mentality : scrappy, creative, drive and passion to be best-in-class
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PPT, Excel) and / or Google Docs; being familiar with Google Analytics as a plus
Fluency in English (C1 level)
Knowledge of other languages (FRA / ESP / GER) as a plus
Excellent time management and team work skills, as well as having sharp eye for details and the ability to deal with multiple tasks with accuracy and precision.
