AXA Partners is a key vehicle of AXA Group new strategy,with a clear and reinforced mandate from the Group to distribute innovationdeveloped in the broader ecosystem in the AXA Group, and provide services andspecialized & global insurance to AXA and partners.
AXA Partners is articulated around 3 GlobalBusiness Units (Services & Assistance, Specialized Insurance, and Credit& Lifestyle Protection), and the Sales & Distribution dimension(Geographies & Marketing and Distribution), supported by five supportfunctions.
Launched in 2017, the Consumer Electronics & Legal Protection BusinessLine (CEP BL) is a key pillar of AXA Partners’ Specialized Insurance BusinessUnit.
It is also expected to be the main source of growth revenue for AXAPartners for the coming years.
The head of Consumer Electronics for Northern reports is a newly createdrole. You will be reporting directly to the Global Head of Consumer ElectronicsProtection Product and have a dotted line to the local CEO based in Germany.
Germany will be the primary focus and Belgium will also be part of yourgeographical remit.
As the local representative of the Central Business Line team for NorthernEurope, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete preparation,production, processing, launch and implementation of new Consumer ElectronicsProtection (CEP) products within and under company s underwriting governance(especially its procedures and processes).
You will also be responsible formonitoring and evaluating the product during its lifecycle, when designing andtaking necessary corrective actions.
You will be strongly involved in the presales process in order to supportlocal Sales team by bringing product expertise and strong CEP overall marketknowledge (retailers, telcos, competitors, aftersales service process, TPA,Servicing companies) in order to strengthen sales pitch and gather theconditions / data to properly answer tender or build a robust proposal.
You will implement and steer aproper cross functional project mode to define the deal operating modelinvolving Sales & Marketing, Underwriting, Operations & NW departments,TPAs and AXA entities.
You will actively coordinatethe business profitability monitoring involving Finance, Technical Excellence,Operations and central Underwriting departments.
You will also support AXAPartners Consumer Electronics Product central team in answering tenders and newproduct development and implementation.
