Responsibilities

In your new role you will : Define our System Level PDN architecture , understand and challenge the platform definitions and break them down to specific product targets

Cooperate closely and advise other expert groups to develop products, that are robust against voltage drops

Model and simulate the system environment (chip - package - board) in order to find the sweet spot for target impedances

Monitor the status throughout the product development flow and make smart decisions to mitigate possible risks

Correlate results from various simulations and silicon measurements

Drive the continuous improvement of our methodology and flows

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have : A degree in Electrical Engineering , Microelectronics or a similar field

At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in development of complex embedded SoCs or system performance simulation and emulation

Excellent programming skills in multiple programming or scripting languages (e.g. C, Python, MATLAB, Simulink)

Hands-on experience with analog models (e.g., SPICE, S / Z-Parameters), system-level PDN modeling, and IR drop analysis is a plus

Experienced with the latest FinFET technologies is an advantage

Solid understanding of SoC architecture development

Excellent communication skills in English with German (or the willingness to learn) being an added plus
