Review submitted credit extension recommendations from Analysts, Underwriters, & Sr. Underwriters & conduct initial customer analysis including financial statement review, cash flow analysis, payment performance, industry risk, documentation risk, and contractual risk on complex accounts within a defined geographical area covering all of Xerox’s sales channels
Conduct annual interviews to assign partner credit lines, manage third party billing exposures
Responsibility for a portfolio of assigned accounts and with the team ownership of all critical aspects of risk monitoring.
Assist Austrian & Swiss Risk Manager on an ad hoc basis
Actively working on Country Workout of troubled accounts to ensure maximum financial recovery of written off accounts
Maintain with the team external relationships include credit data agencies, consultants, suppliers, business partners and concessionaires
Main Responsibilities :
Assist in leading a team of experienced and underwriting professionals for the initial underwriting of small ticket equipment leases and loans & post sale service contracts within Xerox technology as well as assisting in managing credit line exposures for a portfolio of customer accounts.
Adjudicate complex financing product offerings. Conduct initial customer analysis including financial statement review, cash flow analysis, payment performance and industry risk.
Prepare risk assessments and present management with clear and concise risk recommendations.
Set internal end user credit lines and the management of third party billing credit lines and annual audit calendar. Perform aspects of portfolio monitoring and management.
Interface with the Xerox Sales Organization to answer inquiries regarding customer account information, credit request status, and reasoning on credit decisions.
Share knowledge within the German Risk team.
Interface with and interview Customers to obtain needed information, gain insight on business operations, resolve credit issues, and minimize potential losses.
Lead one or more projects that aim to improve risk processes and tools

Work closely / mentor Bulgarian underwriting team
Candidate Education & Background :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Significant experience in commercial underwriting, financial statement & cash flow analysis, with portfolio analysis and management
Self-motivated individual, proven ability to work independently
Strong business acumen, experience of risk assessment of entire commercial activities rather than only financials and preferably good legal knowledge
Strong problem solving ability and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills.
Extensive experience in dealing directly with customers to assess credit.
Previous experience of web based credit assessment and automated decisioning system is required.
Experience in preparing and presenting large transaction risk assessments to Risk, Sales & Senior Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access & financial spreading software.
Excellent communication skills in German and English are required
Proven ability to work closely & collaboratively with cross functional, remote & CLG teams.
Track record of delivering risk projects in a timely fashion.
