Qontigo is currently seeking an Index Delivery Manager as a full-time employee based in Eschborn
The core focus of the position is to project manage index projects (change, launch, delete). The role also involves understanding the impact of product design decisions, keeping in mind the operational and technical capabilities of the platform, and ensure smooth and timely delivery of index projects.
Given this focus, the candidate will have an outstanding opportunity to gain insight into Qontigo s various fields of activity and products.
Responsibilities
Manage delivery of new indices via projects ranging in scale and scope
Continuously manage index launch expectations and interface with all functions in the index value chain (product development, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, clients, etc.)
Plan short and long term index delivery roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders analyzing and preempting bottlenecks
Develop and educate the organization on internal delivery SLAs
Identify areas for improvement and facilitate process streamlining
Qualifications
University Degree, in Business administration, finance or comparable education
Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in project management. Project management certification preferred.
Interest in / exposure to capital markets, asset management and related industries preferred, previous work experience in management consulting is a plus
Willingness to work with and support a highly international team
Attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines
Ability to quickly process large amounts of information
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
Good working knowledge in SharePoint, workflow automation, Power Apps and Power BI would be a plus
Strong data visualization competency and presentations skills
Commitment to learning through immediate responsibility
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus
