Your responsibilities at C&A

Extensively research and identify emerging trends for the accessories collection including the presentation of your ideas in an inspiring way

Create design flats and tech packs and work with our Product Lifecycle Management system

Follow seasonal story to develop new products within the brief and demonstrate understanding of look and feel

Collaborate with other designers in the team, buyers and technicians for adherence to quality and brand standards

Deputize for Design Manager Accessories when required, including responsibility for the team during absence or presenting during meetings on behalf

What we expect from you

You hold a college degree in Fashion Design or any other related field, with more than 6 years of experience in accessories, especially with scarves, hats, sunglasses, ponchos etc.

You have working experience with fast-fashion brands and you have people management skills

You have strong knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, colour use, sewing techniques as well as graphics and trim

You have excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong critical thinking and exercise swift problem solving skills

You are willing to travel and are fluent in written and spoken English
