Main Responsibilities :

The Marketing Manager CRM & Retention Programmes owns the development and execution all Retention related strategies and activities on the FreeStyle umbrella brand targeting both consumers and HCPs.

His / her ultimate objective is to drive customer satisfaction & retention across all patient and HCP types. The position owner manages and inspires a team associated with the above objectives and is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient handling of tasks within the team.

  • Development and realization of all CRM & Retention Programme related strategies / concepts and campaigns with the ultimate objective to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Own the vision and further development of the FreeStyle plus Ich’ brand in Germany
  • Develop breakthrough new retention progammes including but not limited to HCPs and specific patients segments meeting their individualized needs
  • Define structures, processes and technology according to modern CRM standards
  • Closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and AREA CRM / IT
  • Motivate and develop a team of 2 Marketing Specialists
  • Own and optimize the consumer / HCP journey across multiple channels
  • Drive automatization and personalisation
  • Manage budgets of all digital & CRM marketing activities
  • Travel : Approximately 10 15%
  • Your Profile :

  • University degree desirable in Business / Marketing or related fields
  • several years of experience and successful track record in CRM / digital marketing and / or e-commerce
  • Ideally international exposure through education and work within an international corporation
  • Excellent technical skills within online & use of Web Analytics
  • Good project management skills
  • Presentation, communication and motivational skills
  • Very Good English language skills, fluent in German
  • Ability to develop, maintain and deliver on digital and CRM marketing strategies to meet platform goals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with common CMS and CRM tools as well as Ecommerce and Direct to Consumer / Patient Platforms / Programmes

  • Communicate and present in a way that the audience can understand quickly and that message and call to action comes across
