To pursue our goal, we are augmenting our Agility team in Berlin starting in November / December 2021. We are looking for experienced product enthusiast with a proven sense of agility, ownership, and relationship building.
As Product Owner (f / m / x) B2B marketplace , you will play a key role in driving digitalization, shaping and developing the B2B e-commerce platform for parts and Digital Services of Mercedes-Benz.
In this role, you will
Translate the B2B e-commerce strategy into a roadmap to increase sales through online channels
Always have the big picture top of mind when considering regional requirements, build up and prioritize the scrum backlog and incrementally deliver the B2B marketplace
Optimize e-commerce processes through local dealerships and extend direct commerce
Be customer value driven, and establish and develop routines to utilize data, user insights, and feedback
Inspire the team to build effective and high-quality customer solutions
Work cross-functionally with internal (Designers, Software Architects, and Engineers) and external stakeholder (Dealerships, Repair Shops, MB AG, and Partners) to improve the user experience and develop new features
You possess the following skills & qualifications
Track record in managing all stages of the digital product life cycle
Experience with complex business models and process modelling
Familiar to work with distributed and agile teams as Product Owner
Experience in developing e-commerce strategies, building and inspiring cross-functional teams to incremental and validated growth
Empathy, and ability to influence and partner with all levels of leadership, experts, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and organizational change through digitalization
Self-sufficient working attitude and strong analytical skills to reflect the priorities of product development while making trade-offs between decisions transparent
Ability to understand technical complexity and high-level application architecture to facilitate decision-making processes
Multi-perspective thinking and problem solving skills
Fluency in English
Willing to travel regularely

Have experience with B2B automotive aftersales
Have operative working experience in a similar environment (fast-growing subsidiary within a corporate)
