Make an impact

  • You are developing and oversee the EMEA region’s Sales and Accounts strategy for the achievement of business objectives
  • Support the VP of Sales and Accounts EMEA with daily administrative tasks in a close team approach
  • Also you act as a consultant and challenge the Sales and Accounts Management team on decisions and activities
  • Take a proactive approach in pushing Sales initiatives
  • Support the development of Sales and Accounts objectives in line with EMEA (and Global) Strategic thrusts
  • Support in the facilitation and moderation of Sales and Accounts workshops creating action plans and follow ups
  • Manage, prioritise and organise emails, responding where possible and delegating where appropriate, moreover you prioritise tasks and ensure that sufficient tools are in place
  • You conduct market research and in turn support the VP Sales and Accounts in making business decisions.
  • Bring to the team

  • You are educated to degree level or higher in the fields of : Business, Sales, Commercial
  • Working at Executive Assistant level
  • Experience with ability to navigate complex multinational organizations
  • It would be great, if bring in logistics or Intralogistics experience
  • Proven experience in performing work requiring a high level of confidentiality
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with CLAiT (Computer Literacy and Information Technology) or similar
  • Communication at eye level is a matter of course for you
  • Your German an English skills are fluent
