This role can be based out of our Dublin, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin offices for our hybrid working model.

The Opportunity

At MongoDB the Growth team is an org of technical & consultative reps focused on growing revenue spend of existing customers.

This role is focused on champion-building, positioning professional services, hunting new applications, and upselling Atlas

Day to Day

  • Use your champion to identify and influence new projects and workloads to launch on MongoDB Atlas with our highest profile customers
  • Build strategic relationships with executives and multi-level champions, aligning to their key initiatives and long term goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Product, and the internal sales ecosystem to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
  • What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years of full cycle sales closing experience
  • Familiarity with software, databases, infrastructure, or open source technology is required
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) a plus
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
