HR Business Partner for the global sales teams including our retail flag ship stores
HR contact person in the areas of leadership, performance management, development, succession planning, talent management and recruiting for the departments supervised
Accompanying and supporting managers in strategic personnel planning
Proactive development of solutions to HR issues with managers and employees and their efficient, operational implementation
Active support and advice for managers on organizational and team development as well as on change management processes
Employment law advice and mediation
Active cooperation and coordination with the other members of the HRBP Team and joint derivation of the relevant HR issues with regard to the business strategy
Your profile of qualification :
Business studies with a focus on human resources management or a comparable degree
First professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position in an international company
Consulting, moderation and coaching skills to accompany change projects are an advantage
Initial experience in labor law and experience in working with employee representatives
A high level of commitment, initiative, dynamism and operational implementation orientation
Very good communication skills in English and good German skills
