Our client is looking for an energetic Administrative Coordinator to join their team. The position will be supporting a team and help with a multitude of tasks including reporting, scheduling, coordinating travel, invoicing, and various other projects.

Job Responsibilities :
Providing administrative support to a team
Act as first point of contact / face of the company for new and continuing clients, communicate client needs clearly to assigned project managers
Assist with driving organization revenue and project goals through successful management of all operational functions
Maintain organized filing system
Assisting with client invoicing and accounting duties
Managing time and expense reporting
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Some personal assistant tasks may be required as well
Must be show initiative, offer excellence in customer facing service, and have the discretion to discern escalation points and contacts
Job Qualifications :
At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Excellent telephone and customer relations skills
Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
Above average skills within Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Personable, reliable, and able to work as a team, or independently
