The project :
We are looking for a Freelance International Sales Trainer (m / f / d) with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry in analysing international sales training needs and designing training programmes.
The tasks :
To design a framework / sales model consisting of a skills matrix for the sales force
To identfiy and analyse training needs with the management, designing corresponding training plans and programmes from this - both digitally and in face-to-face seminars / workshops
To organize and actively design all relevant learning and development programmes and conduct selected trainings
To develop a meaningful and sustainable evaluation system for the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented further training measures
To support the organisation in the implementation of specific sales effectiveness projects such as segmentation, targeting and a modern KAM model
To position yourself towards the country management and the global sales organizations as the first point of contact for training and development topics, working closely with Learning & Development / HR
The profile :
Successfully completed a university degree in life sciences, medicine, business administration or a comparable education
Relevant professional experience in the training and further education of international sales organizations (ideally pharmaceutical or healthcare)
You are a team player and possess excellent stakeholder management at different levels
You have strong intercultural competence as well as good presentation and moderation skills
Fluent English is a requirement and any other languages, such as German, Polish, Russian, etc. are a plus
You have sales experience, e.g. as a key account manager in the life sciences industry
You are familiar with the latest trends in the use of digital learning and training platforms
You have already successfully developed training concepts and programmes and implemented them in companies (esp. "Train the Trainer")
