The focus of the MCS Solutions Strategy Manager role is to execute the MCS Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Germany, driving targeted, intentional pipeline.
Key accountabilities :
Plan & Execute as One Microsoft : Build and execute the local MCS Go-To-Market strategy, adding value to Sales planning processes by positioning the most appropriate GTM resources.
Drive Pipeline Quality & Velocity : Triage Leads for quality & maintain 4 quarter rolling Sales pipeline by executing planned demand generation activities & leveraging insights from pipeline analysis to recommend tactics to close pipeline gaps.
Drive Customer Outcomes & Consumption : Advise Sales on how to leverage the most appropriate MCS Digital Transformation & Modernization Sales Motions to enable Consumption.
Key Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Education Required :
5+ years of Enterprise customer experience.
Track record of executing targeted, intentional pipeline demand generation activities.
Ability to influence without authority.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & uncertainty.
Analytical skills used to facilitate data-driven prioritization.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in German and English.
Bachelor’s Degree - relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science.
Consulting or Sales experience (combined with industry specific knowledge) is an advantage.
Go to Market (GTM) Driver - Ability to build and execute GTM strategies & plans. Skilled in positioning GTM resources to add value to Sales planning processes.
Go to Market Coach - Ability to coach Sales on GTM Sales Motions. Skilled in driving Sales understanding of how to leverage appropriate GTM assets.
Skilled in collaboration & relationship building to build trust & drive understanding of value propositions.
Lead Excellence Expert - Ability to drive quality targeted pipeline, aligned to GTM plans. Skilled in Lead Management, Pipeline Management (gap analysis & demand generation) & Propensity targeting.
Consultative Coach : - Ability to coach Sales and Customers with a consultative approach to come to the best possible MCS Modernization and Digital Transformation solution.
Industry Expert : - Ability to articulate specifics in one or multiple industries (Manufacturing, Automotive, Financial Industry, Retail, Media, Energy, Professional Services, Public Sector) and transfer to MCS Digital Transformation solution.
