    Your tasks

  • As a Recruiter (m / f) Tech / IT, you will take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing to signing) for different positions, e.
  • g. Analysts, Designers, Product Managers, DevOps and Software Engineers

  • You will use different recruitment and lead generation channels, social media, marketing campaigns, referrals, job boards, sourcing tools etc.
  • We expect you to teach us something new as well

  • You will be active in the tech community and participate in meetups, events, fairs and conferences to nurture and expand your network
  • You will analyze the current recruitment process, identify potential areas for improvement, run optimization projects and reach your true potential
  • You will contribute to side projects, e.g. topics regarding employer branding, automation, brushing up our tooling and many more
  • You will find solutions instead of focusing on problems, as Julie Zhuo says hiring is not a problem to be solved but an opportunity to build the future of your organization
  • You will roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your colleagues when needed we are one team!
  • Your profile

  • You are passionate about recruiting and keep up-to-date with the new trends and happenings on the market
  • You have a proven track record as a Recruiter (m / f), ideally in areas such as Tech / IT, Product, Design or Data
  • You are experienced in handling Hiring Managers and building teams together
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You are resilient, service-oriented, charmingly persistent with a sense of humour and a positive outlook
