Within our business unit HPC in Leinfelden near Stuttgart we are currently looking for a :
System Analyst / Support Engineer HPCE
Analyse failures and plan repairs together with 1st Level Support
Arrange appointments and communicate with customers and partners about onsite actions
Perform regular onsite service at local customers
Test and repair failed systems and components in our repair centre
Support warehouse and RMA handling of replaced parts
Open tickets with manufacturers about faulty hardware
Support in-house installation tasks for new projects
Improve efficiency of internal repair process
