The Product Quality Coordinator (PQC) has to ensure that AAA products (OSW ) are delivered in compliance with the quality level and standards required through root cause analysis, special processes management and operational surveillance on workstation.
Thanks to its technical knowledge, the PQC is a recognized focal point for special processes and customer product requirements.
Product NC handling
Perform Root Cause Analysis following non-conformities
Review Root Cause Analysis from all projects to identify improvements that can be implemented on other activities
Track, monitor and agree with operations on actions to be implemented after non conformities Centralise all Quality Flashes from all projects
Review Quality Flashes from all projects to identify if they are applicable on other activities
Special Processes Management
Implement special processes in collaboration with Special Processes Department in Toulouse as well as technical questions from operations related to special processes
Plan, prepare and follow-up special process audits to qualify AAA GmbH as a company
Be the focal point for the customer
Create, improve and adapt samples according to qualification needs in teamwork with our practical trainers
Manage Calibrated Measurement Tools & Equipments (CMTE) and their periodically check
Follow-through the implementation of linked corrective actions
Owns and track actions related to Product Quality (Workstation Monitorings, Action Tracker )
Regularly report improvement plan to Quality Manager, Operations Manager and customers through defined reportings : Pareto Analysis, Corrective actions plan
Responsibility and authority regarding quality
Apply the AAA Quality Management System
Respect processes & procedures
Respect FOD and safety rules (wearing PPE, applying customer FOD-prevention procedures )
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Completed master’s degree in industrial engineering and at least 1 year experience in production and / or product quality in aircraft industry
Practical experience in problem solving methodologies
Fluent in English & German, French can be an advantage
Strong teamwork capabilities with all hierarchical levels
Customer oriented way of working
Strong autonomy & initiative for continuous improvement
Deep knowledge in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel, Word and Power Point
