Support of the development lead & plant lead in operational and organizational functions

Preparation and review of company compliant presentation materials and documents

Internal as well as external communication with global locations

Preparation, assistance and follow-up of strategy and management meetings

Organization of internal and international meetings and events as well as their preparation and follow-up

Support in scheduling and travel planning as well as their coordination

Are you ready for it?

Successfully completed commercial traineeship or a university degree in business administration with relevant professional experience or a comparable degree

Several years of professional experience in an industrial company - ideally in a comparable function

Experience in working with international teams in a dynamic and challenging environment

Good MS Office skills

Experience in corporate communications

Loyalty as well as absolute discretion

Absolutely reliable, structured and conscientious way of working, high organizational ability, commitment as well as initiative, communication and team skills

Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken, French language skills an advantage
