How you will create an impact :
Turn your theoretical knowledge into valuable insight by developing prototypes and concepts for sales, marketing, and pricing apps across digital platforms
Work closely with the product manager to identify and assess user needs and requirements
Leverage your advanced knowledge of design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies to design, evaluate, and refine concepts based on user input, testing validation, etc.
Tap your creative perspective to generate wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes with UI specifications based on user input
Showcase your communication skills when presenting your design concepts and articulating design decisions to clients in interviews and workshops
Gather feedback from clients via user tests and interviews
Draw on your experience to provide guidance to clients and consultants on design topics
Exchange ideas within your team to define and shape the design system across different devices and platforms
About you :
Interested in adding to your prior work experience (min. five years) in a client-facing UI / UX role at a digital or design agency
Eager to utilize the theoretical knowledge during your master’s or bachelor’s or equivalent combination of training and experience in a design or technical field (UI / UX design, digital marketing, or graphic design preferred)
Excited to present your strong portfolio of work that illustrates your experience in designing complex systems andsolving UX problems across digital platforms
Confident in your advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior and interactions, and other UI / UX design deliverables (e.
g., storyboards, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering)
Passionate about applying your keen visual awareness and staying up to date with current design trends and best practices
Focused on utilizing your sharp problem-solving mindset and creative skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
Communicate concepts and ideas clearly with people from various backgrounds
Ready to showcase your extensive design software knowledge and design and deliver optimized workflows, interactive web designs, and all related deliverables, including experience with Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
Proficient in English and German (proficiency in additional languages, especially French, is a strong advantage)
