Your mission :

You will be a (Senior) Product Manager for the Fintech platform.

You will fully own one of our Payments product lines and work with a squad in our Payments Domain.

You will be responsible for the development lifecycle for Products relating to payment capture and processing.

You will fully own the communication and expectation management of key regional stakeholders.

You will own cross-functional technical and business programs.

You will liaise with different product managers across compliance, fraud engineering, analytics and data science teams in an agile development process.

You will define and track success criteria and metrics to assess the quality and fit of the development effort and the delivery.

You will track and manage risk, ensuring the timely, accurate and successful delivery of data systems and products.

You will identify and validate new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap.

Your heroic skills :

You have 4+ years of relevant senior-level experience in product management with a proven history of delivering results in Payments within the Fintech industry.

You have demonstrable experience of working on payment integrations with major payment service providers and issuers globally as well launching multiple alternative payment methods.

You are an excellent communicator and are able to own the relationship with your stakeholders, setting and managing expectations clearly.

You are curious, not afraid of challenging the status quo and pay attention to details.

You are able to understand complex topics, break them down into manageable pieces of work and summarize them in a simple way for others.

You hold a university degree in either business, computer science or natural science studies or equivalent practical experience.

You have experience in managing and driving product definition and improvement in KPI metrics, fostering a strong partnership with teams across the company, and advocating on behalf of customers.

You possess exceptional analytical skills.

You are fluent in English.
