Your Responsibilities as HR Manager (f / m / x)
You will act as a consultant (f / m / x) and trusted go-to-person (f / m / x) while advising managers and employees on all HR-related topics
You will undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding of employees
You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from creating & placing job ads and conducting interviews to contract management while advising managers on all operational and strategic issues related to recruiting
You are familiar with conducting international relocation and visa processes
You will facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program
You will conduct performance reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process
You will help to drive the employee engagement and support with the preparation, follow-up and execution of the annual employee engagement survey
You will enhance awareness and compliance with company policies and legal regulations
You will be part of the extended management team
Your Qualification and Skills
You have 2+ years of experience in comparable role as HR generalist (f / m / x) / HR Business Partner (f / m / x)
Ideally, you have experience in an IT start-up company or working in DPDHL as HR generalist (f / m / x)
You have exposure across all key aspects of HR processes across the whole employee lifecycle, especially in in Recruiting, Talent Management, C&B etc.
You have a solid business understanding
You are able to build & maintain relationships on all levels and in international environments (understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns and advise key stakeholders)
You have a hands-on mentality and an independently & pro-actively way of working
You can easily adapt to changing circumstances while being resilient
You have proven experience of delivery of organizational change projects
You are able to convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
You are business fluent in English and German
Very good MS Office skills, Personio is a plus
