    PERSON PROFILE

    For our Central Europe Division headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany we are looking for a motivated individual with consultancy skills, preferably obtained in a strategic or EHS management consultancy environment and / or from comparable positions in industries.

    You are passionate about sustainability and safety and have long-standing experience in developing world class safety solutions.

    Your expertise includes key service areas such as developing and delivering safety leadership & culture programmes, training programs, assessing EHS performance, reviewing management system and compliance programmes, and facilitating alignment around corporate EHS strategies.

    You have excellent business development and client relationship skills, and a track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies.

    Ideally, you have also a track record in our core sectors e.g. chemical / pharma, manufacturing sector and / or oil & gas, power, or telecom-media-technology.

    ROLE

    In this client-facing leadership position, you will play a key role in growing our Safety Services. You will be accountable for the following :

    Develop and implement strategic business / action plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Safety Services team and client base.

    Serve as a key member of the ERM team to drive profitable growth across the Safety and broader Operational Performance service areas (broad range of safety services, EHS audit, management system, training programmes EHS / sustainability strategies).

    As a senior seller / doer’, personally win project work and collaborate within the global ERM network to identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients.

    Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business.Be client facing, with a proven track record of developing Key Client relationships to meet business development needs.

    Identify and develop new opportunities and manage strategic EHS programmes for a variety of industrial clients with complex technical / regulatory issues.

    Design and direct large programmes / projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

    Lead, manage performance, hire and retain, inspire and mentor personnel for overall success of practice teamDevelop a working understanding of ERM’s other consulting practice areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients.

    Coordinate with ERM offices in the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.

    REQUIREMENTS

    University degreeAt least 10 years’ relevant experience in working for a strategic, management or safety consultancy, preferably focused in one of our core sectors, or in comparable positions in industriesFluent in German and English, other languages welcomeStrong expertise around program management for large organizations.

    Experience with developing cutting edge (or world class’) management of change programmesProven track record in developing and implementing successful business growthExcellent business development skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clientsSubstantial experience in working for industrial clients (core sectors chemical / pharma, manufacturing sector and / or oil & gas, power, or telecom-media-technology).

    Solid people leadership experience.
