About the Operations Team

The Operations Team drives customer satisfaction and delivers our promises. As our high-performance team is growing rapidly, we are looking for a Procurement Assistant that will work closely together with all divisions.


  • Issue purchase orders quickly and free of error
  • Ensure that purchase orders are acknowledged by suppliers
  • Review the open order report and manage deliveries
  • Resolve invoice issues and ensure that vendors are paid on time
  • Handle administrative tasks of the Procurement Department
  • Support Expansion Team with implementing new locations
  • Requirements

  • Purchasing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to take ownership and work towards tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible personality that thrives in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
