As a Senior Project Manager in the Account Management Team, you will constantly challenge and update day to day processes of our Key Account Managers and lead projects within the Key Account area to ensure scalability and best client satisfaction.
You understand the business and client processes in detail so you can act as a stakeholder for our i.e. business development team, analysts, sales colleagues and operations team.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Evaluate doability and develop processes to implement new features or solve complex challenges together with the respective Account Manager and the clients and you will become a product expert and highlight functionalities and key features
Overlook and challenge several internal and external projects that lead to more efficient processes within the Account management team and to higher client satisfaction
Create and maintain strong bonds between Zalando and our partners by nurturing the clients and further developing on the existing relationships so you will understand your client’s business objective, needs and how they can be met by using our SaaS product
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have a minimum of 7 years of commercial, relevant experience, ideally within B2B and experience working in a retail or start up environment and first leadership experiences are considered a plus
Strong sales mind and consultative approach to solving problems who likes to implement creative solutions, analyzes and improves existing processes as well as implementing new ones
An interest in technology and you like to see solutions being created and implemented by your own hands, a person that likes to question the status quo and adapt to change quickly
Enthusiastic person about developing trust with your clients, the ability to make sense of data and describe it to stakeholders in easy words in English (German is a plus) and a hands on attitude
