Your Position in Our Crew

  • In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the marketing mix for strategic brand management with budgetary responsibility.
  • You report directly to the management. You will also derive and continuously develop the group-wide marketing strategy and corporate communications for the yacht division.

  • At the same time, you will lead, motivate and advance employees in your department cooperatively and using agile methods.
  • A particular focus is on project planning and developing an innovative marketing agenda for the next 5 years. This means analyzing market and customer demands, while keeping in close liaison with the sales department.
  • You will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan, including a balanced marketing mix and controlling all (cross-media) marketing activities with Sales and other departments.
  • Your targeted and structured brand management will be particularly impressive, also with regard to corporate branding and corporate design.
  • You will also develop a communication strategy and coordinate implementation of the resulting communication campaigns.
  • In close liaison with management, you will be responsible for target group-specific corporate communications and international press relations, both internally and externally.
  • You will also coordinate all agencies involved. Developing reports and targeted KPIs round out this versatile range of responsibilities.

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing, communications and / or public relations or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of management experience in marketing and / or communications with budget responsibility
  • Ideally, industry knowledge and experience in the Luxury Products sector
  • Excellent knowledge (references will be required!) in designing and implementing marketing strategies and concepts in the field of corporate communications
  • A confident and entrepreneurial leader; a team player with an agile mindset, who is able to empathize with people / target groups / customers and inspire all with their creative and innovative ideas
  • Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills in fluent German and English
