For our business street at the Neufahrn location near Freising, we are looking for you as a full-time assistant to the management (m / f / d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Reduction of unit costs, centralization of processes and reduction of personnel and other operating expenses
  • Standardization and quality of the driving process
  • Ensure an optimized and most efficient setup for existing TMS, including all tools and systems directly connected to it
  • Support, development and review of operational processes
  • Develop BU systems and processes as well as super-user teams
  • Process re-engineering
  • Promote and support a culture and discipline of continuous improvement
  • Drive implementation activities in countries
  • Establishing and enforcing standards that increase quality, eliminate rework and enable our processes to be industrialized
  • Definition and improvement of process standards that enable quality, efficiency and economies of scale as well as compliance with global and local operational regulations
  • Elimination / escalation of persistent deficiencies
  • Identification of local possibilities for process automation and integration of business partners as well as their evaluation
  • Drive implementation forward and support it as needed
  • Drive the provision of tools
  • Provision of standard training
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of audits (DIN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
  • Supervision and preparation of external audits for certification companies and customers
  • Our requirements :

  • Business and / or engineering studies or successfully completed vocational training with further education
  • Ideally, work experience in quality management
  • ideally work experience in the logistics sector

  • Business fluency in spoken and written English
