Executive Assistant, Tableau Role Description : Tableau’s Executive Assistants are a team of experienced professionals who support our leaders across the globe.

These critical team members are strategic partners who keep leaders and their teams passionate about company goals while embracing our core values.

We are looking for another loyal Executive Assistant to support up to 4 senior Sales leaders across EMEA. This is an outstanding opportunity to support Tableau’s Sales leaders, contribute to the success of their business, and partner with other Executive Assistants in the region.

Our Executive Assistants understand that the success of the executive is a reflection of their work and vice versa, which creates a true atmosphere of teamwork and job satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities : Handle day to day schedules in such a way that executives can complete their obligations in an organised and efficient manner.

Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, customer meetings, vendor meetings, etc.

Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, release cycles, fiscal calendars, current projects, team needs and Tableau Conference / Dreamforce.

Book appropriate domestic and international travel within Salesforce’s travel policy, considering travel visas, costs, and accurate documentation.

Process expenses and purchase requisitions following company policy and guidelines Effectively collaborate with employees from other groups within Tableau and Senior Executives inside and outside the company.

Assist with slide deck creation and preparation. Other administrative and project duties as requested. Who we’re looking for : Minimum of 5+ years of applicable administrative experience.

Experience of working for a global software organisation would be beneficial but is not essential. It is crucial that you have supported at an exec level, are comfortable supporting more than one individual, and can provide remote support across the EMEA region.

Experience of supporting sales leaders would be highly preferred. In addition you will be adept at : Skilful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organisation and process.

Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings and tools e.g., Google Meets, WebEx, and conference calls.

Strong partnership skills, confident initiative to offer suggestions and improvements to process, and ability to work very collaboratively with others.

Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company. Strong email, calendaring and Google Slide skills (or PowerPoint).

Working proficiency of Google Suite preferred (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet). Experience using Quip, Slack, and Tableau are a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively throughout the organisation, as well as externally.

Experience partnering with senior management in a fast paced, innovative environment. Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.

Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines. Demonstrate ability and willingness to continuously acquire new proficiencies and accept new challenges.
