We are looking for Java software engineers to develop browser based front end displays for a simulator project that is being developed by the Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS).
The simulator will be cloud based system. The positions are based in Langen (Frankfurt am Main area), but Home Office in Germany is also possible.
You will take part in the full software development lifecycle.
Java development in the Backend
You will participate, contribute, think and be creative!
Qualifications / Experience
A university degree in informatics, aerospace, mathematics, Physics or similar
Experience of web-based HMI development using Canvas 2D
It is crucial that you know all about Canvas 2D
You need to be quite expert in HTML as well as CSS
Knowing about WebGL would be a big advantage
It would be great if you have used Cucumber before
Another plus point would be Kubernetes experience
Have you developed in environments other than Windows - fabulous!
You don't have to speak German in this role, but it would not hurt to have a smattering of German
Air Traffic Control (ATC) know-how
