Your role
As a trainee you will be part of a dynamic global service team with about 1.500 colleagues worldwide which are responsible for servicing close to 100.
and so are we. You will have full responsibility for your own projects to support our service business transformation right from the start.
Identifying and implementing scalable solutions for changing customer requirements will be as much part of your work as implementing modern service delivery concepts and tools.
In your role you will work closely with colleagues from various functions such as Product Management, R&D, Sales and Marketing across the globe.
The Global Graduate Program will provide opportunities for you to learn and grow into the challenging role of a project manager.
Taking into account your individual strengths and background as well as specific requirements for your future role, several assignments that are sited in different teams, functions, regions and businesses at ZEISS will be combined to make the program as beneficial as possible for you.
Within the program, you will have a great opportunity to acquire unique and necessary experience and to build a strong, resilient global network across the ZEISS Group use this program as the starting point for your career at ZEISS!
After 15 months you will be ready to take on the role as Project Manager Service Transformation and continue to help us to create customer success through market shaping innovations.
Your profile
Above-average university degree in scientific, engineering or business discipline
Strong collaborative, analytical and teamworking skills, structured and results-oriented working methods
Experience in project management and enthusiasm for an agile environment
Self-motivated and value driven personality with high sense of accountability
Willingness to work flexibly at different locations around the world
Experience abroad is a plus
Maximum of three years' professional experience
High level of communication skills very good knowledge of English and German
