In this role, you have the opportunity to

Play a critical role in driving a unified supply chain across our Medical Devices organization. You manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place for the businesses Monitoring and Analytics and Therapeutic Care .

You are responsible for

  • Manages the allocation of orders based on Sales & Operations Planning
  • Coordinates the screening of orders and complex orders (specials) against catalog to ensure technical content and commercial correctness;
  • incl. known catalog issues

  • Ensures the delivery complies with valid Trade Compliance and Quality & Regulatory regulations
  • DEFOA part shipping and DEFOA caused by order process analytics and containment
  • Return order handling
  • Administrative flow of Sales orders from order intake to shipment, as well as ordered availability process. Does this by working closely with transportation and OMM teams.
  • Manages non-touchless flow and implements Lead and root cause problem solving to improve and optimize E2E order management processes and make sure the orders are fulfilled on time and first-time-right
  • Exceeds customer expectations by facilitating and enabling project managers, Customer Fulfilment Center's Factories and other stakeholders to achieve a perfect delivery against optimal costs
  • You are part of

    The newly created Supply Chain Organization for Medical Devices. Our charter is to improve the customer service level with an optimized total cost and inventory levels.

    We are responsible for the execution of the supply chain process, end-to-end, from forecast to revenue recognition. And we’ll do so by teaming up with the Businesses, Markets, Procurement and Manufacturing to make an impact for our customers and Philips.

    In the role of Head of Factory Order Management you will focus on optimizing our order management process and performance with factories and markets to achieve a perfect delivery against optimal costs.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and professional experience in supply chain and operations management
  • A minimum of 8-10 years in supply chain
  • Certification or experience in Lean and / or Six Sigma is required
  • Strong experience in managing multi-national / multi-cultural teams in complex business environments and dealing with customers
  • Experience in managing communication at all levels in the organization, and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Problem solving techniques
  • Quality & regulatory requirements understanding
  • Fluency in written / spoken English
