The jobholder (d / f / m) will work as Project Manager for Programs Faculty at Airbus Hamburg.

The responsibilities include :

Contribute to setting up a Competence Strategy for the Program Organisation

Preparing of Competence Assessment campaigns, objectives definition, drumbeat for the function, analysis and action plan setup

Competence & Learning Catalog clean up, rejuvenate and network animation

Create a learning development plan (for domain only)

Consolidation of learning development needs for Competence Strategy and check consistency with input from academies

Learning deployment monitoring (Misc request from the function, Our Foundations)

Define and prepare succession plans for different jobs and roles

Develop an automated / more digital and integrated way for recurring processes

KPI definition and setup monitoring system

Personnel requirements :

Good communication skills to ensure flow of information

Ability to work in a transnational environment / team is required

High degree of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills

Required educational requirements

Comparable qualifications, at least a bachelor's degree

Business administration at least a bachelor's degree

International management at least a bachelor's degree

Required work experience

HR Business Partner for at least 2 years

Supplier management for at least 2 years

Project management at least over 2 years

MS Office at least detailed. special skills

Technical background in Data Management, Monitoring System or Data Analytics is on

advantage

Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage

Linguistic proficiency

Business fluent English

Knowledge in French or German is an advantage

Legal

Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)
