What you'll be doing

  • Be responsible for the conception, execution and development of the paid search marketing strategy (Google, Bing, Apple)
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns, budgets, landing pages and ads in alignment with given KPIs
  • Conduct ongoing account analysis in order to find growth opportunities in diverse areas such as ad and LP concepts, audience structures and bidding strategies
  • Evaluate campaign performances by conducting analyses and creating reports that support both past and future data-driven actions and hypotheses
  • Roll out best practices and learnings across different campaigns
  • Drive automation and collaborate closely with our MarTech functions Data, Tech and Product
  • What we look for

  • You are passionate about performance marketing and bring a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in a high growth environment
  • You have hands-on experience with managing Paid Search Channels, especially Google and ideally managed campaigns across different countries
  • You have an outstanding data-driven mindset and excellent command of Excel; performance and analytics matter to you and build the backbone of your growth strategy
  • You are very diligent, detailed-oriented and with highest expectations towards yourself to develop the paid search channels to core pillars in the marketing mix globally
  • You learn quickly, enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding high-growth environment and you are able to deliver against moving targets and goals
  • Professional English; further languages are a plus
