Inbound technical support in the home security sector
Respond to French speaking client’s queries only on the phone
Investigate problems related to installations of the App and video cameras
Trouble-shooting and customer satisfaction
Fluent in French and English, written and oral
Experience in customer service is not a must
Good computer skills in MS Office and Internet
Long-term project on a secure basis
Initial training and continuous refresher courses
Good public transport links to the workplace
Part-time and full-time basis available
