The Adobe Digital Media Sales organization is seeking a new Partner Sales Manager to build and manage a partner ecosystem to sell Adobe Sign in alignment with other Adobe products.
This role will focus on identifying, onboarding and enabling partners, building pipeline and support closing deals.
What you’ll do
Establish and grow business relationships with key players in various partner categories
Own partner readiness and enablement
Plan and execute joint activities to generate pipeline and close deals
Build business relationships with the Adobe Digital Media direct sales team he / she is aligned to
Own the forecast within the geography and responsible for the integrity of the information reported
Align partner activities with EMEA and WW counterparts
Works with partner marketing / field marketing to involve partners in local field marketing activities.
Be the primary liaison between Adobe and the partner and commercial field sales team on all partner relationship issues
Owns target account mapping and planning activities within the targeted accounts
What you need to succeed
5-7 years of progressively increased responsibility in sales / sales management within the IT industry
Strong executive selling skills as well as a demonstrated success in establishing and managing partner relationships
Working understanding of SaaS offerings
Strong communication skill including verbal, written and interpersonal
Fluent in German and English
High energy level and the ability to initiate and drive opportunities independently
Willing to travel domestically within assigned sales regions
