The Service and Solutions team manages the portfolio of all service products sold via our sales channels in 13 countries.
Within the Service & Solutions department you will be responsible to explore new business opportunities for our omni-channel experience.
You will identify customer needs and pilot new commission or subscription offers to our B2C and B2B costumers, creating new (and maintaining our existing) relations with partners in all sectors of the industry - especially the energy or health sector - driving the development of new pilots, helping us to grow into exciting new markets.
Analyze and understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities for the whole MediamarktSaturn Retail Group
Coordinate and manage pilots of new value propositions and adjust them as necessary
Evaluate the results and roll out sucessful pilots to all portfolio countries
Negotiate contracts & manage relationships with 3rd parties
Project manage program innovation : collaborate with other areas to ensure that program design is seamless and efficient at the stores & online so that the customer experience is delivered to expectations
Share best practices, perform root cause analysis and initiate gap closing actions
Degree in business administration or economics
Work experience in retail, preferably consumer electronics
Profound knowledge energy or health sector is clearly an advantage
Commercial and financial understanding
Proven experience in managing (project) teams - ideally cross-country
Work experience in retail, preferably consumer electronics a plus
Fluent written and spoken language skills in English
