We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

An opportunity exists to join Dell EMC’s Managed Service Organization. Managed Services is a growing service within Dell Technologies.

We provide high quality service to support our core products. The role would be supporting a leading car manufacturer. Working with a number of different platforms, your role would be to ensure that the day to day operations and Service Level Agreements are met.

We are also looking for people who think outside the box and have a proactive attitude.

Responsible for the delivery and execution of portfolio of or highly complex detailed projects with high risk and may be dedicated to global accounts as post-

sales contact. Responsible for the development of a program implementation plan that articulates the role of Dell , as well as vendors and client resources, in the delivery of the designed solution within the account.

This role has the enhanced opportunity to deliver a number of functional services above and beyond the normal scope of work.

These are detailed below :

  • Has an in-depth understanding of the business objectives and establishes program governance
  • Oversees projects in his / her portfolio and leads project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and to satisfaction of the customer, Dell and Account leadership
  • Provides support, assistance and has overall responsibility for the profitability of the project portfolio
  • Evaluates the impact of change requests on overall customer satisfaction, profitability and business potential
  • Oversees delivery Quality Assurance, ensures that for any existing or potential customer escalation issues, appropriate communications are occurring to all Dell concerned parties;
  • proactively manages customer relationship, oversees the Dell escalation process

  • Point of contact for all executive / management communication, ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project portfolio and all the initiatives to all the stakeholders : customers, management, sales and delivery
  • Identifies potential future opportunities at the customers' and communicates to sales as appropriate Leads team of project managers;
  • provide project management, leadership and oversight to project and / or workstreams


  • Typically 5+ years experience of delivering IT related projects and programs
  • German and English language fluency is mandatory
  • Good experience of the core Dell EMC technologies and Managed Services
  • Strong proficiency in hardware, software and / or operating systems environments
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Strong ability to influence others to achieve results
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Desirable Requirements

  • PMI or Prince certification is a plus
