We are looking for a Customer Service Director Central Europe

Location : Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Our Central Europe Cluster is covering six subsidiaries; Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic / Slovakia and Hungary as well as six distribution countries.

In your position as the Customer Service Manager you are member of the Cluster Management Board, reporting directly to the Cluster VP.

Primary Purpose

  • You ensure that the bioMérieux Group Strategy towards Customer Orientation, Operational Performance and Profitable Growth is fully implemented, by bringing customer satisfaction to the highest level.
  • At the same time, you transport feedback from the Service Teams in the Cluster Countries to the Group in order to continuously improve.
  • You manage the different teams under your direct responsibility and ensure communication and exchange to the functional scope,
  • You define and prepare your teams to new technologies, lead change management and ensures new services are known, pushed and implemented
  • What we expect

  • Bachelor or Master in Science, Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant management experience and 5 years of experience within the service of Medical / Life Science / Health Care / IVD device are a Must-Have.
  • The ability to understand the economic value of service, to convince and lead projects on change management as well as process orientation round your profile
  • You are business fluent in English, German is a plus.
