WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Senior IAM Engineer has deep knowledge of all relevant aspects and processes around Identity and Access Management. He / she ensures the (cross-team) transfer and / or further development of best practices, quality criteria and knowledge and provides advice to stakeholders across the entity.
design, improve and operate an Identity and Access Management process, covering user lifecycle, regular recertification processes, exceptions and approvals, in line with Santander Group policies.
providing subject matter consultancy to colleagues in IT and business functions in order to further evolve the Identity and Access Management architecture
providing IAM-related guidance to members of the IAM team fostering automation wherever possible to ensure data quality and task scaling
overseeing compliance requirements and supporting audits for the area of IAM related matters
fostering automation wherever possible in order to ensure data quality and task scaling
spotting and addressing deficiencies between current and desired state of IAM related matters
conception, design, modelling and implementation of IAM related workflows
management of IAM services including self-services for all internal customers (internal and external employees)
deploy and support tools for identity and access lifecycle management and user provisioning / de-provisioning
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS
several years of experience in a similar position
Proven degree of education in IT (university and / or relevant certifications)
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong knowledge of IAM core processes, technologies, tools and concepts (Sailpoint will be preferable)
Very good knowledge about standard IT technologies (especially ticketing systems like ServiceNow)
Capable of leading technical discussions up to architectural level
Strong Information Security knowledge (CISSP or equivalent certification would be a plus)
Solid problem-solving skills in subject matter
Soft Skills :
Written and spoken technical level English
Capability to work in a multinational, multicultural team
