Will ensure the technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareONE
Will be involved at each stage of the software development lifecycle, from helping to assess the feasibility of an identified business requirement, through customization, documentation, test and delivery
Will closely work within a small team of Dynamics 365 consultants and developers
What we need to see from you
At least 2 years of related experience in the specification, customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (especially functionalities for Case Management)
Excellent practical knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules : Services, Sales
Know-how with Projects management (PSA) is a plus
Good knowledge about business processes run by case management (f.e. ITIL)
Functional lead for area Case Management based on Microsoft Dynamics Customer Services
Align requirements with business representatives and prepare them for development team
Run customizations and configurations on Microsoft Dynamics CE, main focus for case management
Document your own work using Azure DevOps
Optional : Implement JS and Plugins
