The role

  • Will ensure the technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareONE
  • Will be involved at each stage of the software development lifecycle, from helping to assess the feasibility of an identified business requirement, through customization, documentation, test and delivery
  • Will closely work within a small team of Dynamics 365 consultants and developers
  • What we need to see from you

  • At least 2 years of related experience in the specification, customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (especially functionalities for Case Management)
  • Excellent practical knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules : Services, Sales
  • Know-how with Projects management (PSA) is a plus
  • Good knowledge about business processes run by case management (f.e. ITIL)
  • Functional lead for area Case Management based on Microsoft Dynamics Customer Services
  • Align requirements with business representatives and prepare them for development team
  • Run customizations and configurations on Microsoft Dynamics CE, main focus for case management
  • Document your own work using Azure DevOps
  • Optional : Implement JS and Plugins
