You are the right person in our team if you can :
Design and optimize in silico compounds (in particular monoclonal antibodies) for oncology and non-oncology indications
Develop and apply methodologies ranging from molecular simulation to computer aided drug-design, cheminformatics, and machine learning.
Drive improvement of drug-target affinity computation pipelines
Support design and drive delivery of projects with pharma & biotech clients
To excel in this job, you must have :
A PhD degree preferably in chemistry, biotechnology, bioengineering or bioinformatics
5+ years’ experience with in silico analysis of protein-protein interaction and / or antibody engineering / optimization, either in large pharma / biotech company(ies) or academia
Active participation in multiple drug discovery projects with strong understanding on how to advance molecules from hits to candidates
Hands-on experience with in silico drug discovery software / programming and computational approaches
Sound mathematical and programming skills (e.g., R, Python, Keras, Tensorflow)
Medicinal chemistry background is a plus
Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
